Campaigns are reviewed before they can accept money. Submitting costs a small network fee on each chain you publish to.

Leave it empty and Kindling generates a cover for you. Uploading asks your wallet for a signature, which costs nothing and moves nothing.

Publishing on both lets people fund you with what they already hold, wherever they hold it. Each chain pays you its own USDC separately.

You keep everything you raise and owe nothing. Backers cannot request a refund through Kindling, and this is stated plainly on your campaign page. If the project doesn't happen, returning money is your decision to make directly.
